The book in question must be or have been published either through Amazon’s Kindle Direct Publishing, IngramSpark, or another form of publishing. Proof can include a direct link to the website where your book is available for sale or another adequate form of proof. Additionally, we recommend that you provide the document that contains your published book so that we have a chance to review.
